What is Shadowmatch?
Shadowmatch is an internet based behavioral benchmarking system that measures:
- Habits and behaviors
- Attitude
- Efficiency
- Conceptional Fitness
It enables companies using the Shadowmatch system to precision recruit new employees and to develop new and current employees optimally for that specific environment. Shadowmatch is also successfully used for conflict facilitation, team building, re-deployment of people, career counselling, coaching, succession planning, leadership identification, precision management of staff, etc.
Shadowmatch is NOT a psychometric or personality test!
How is the worksheet presented to individuals?
- Shadowmatch is an online worksheet that presents an individual with a task to be completed, in the form of an email with instructions and a unique Shadowmatch Code.
- It can be received and completed on a mobile phone, Tablet or PC with internet connectivity.
- Whilst the individual engages with the task (being the Shadowmatch worksheet), the system “observes” how the individual engages and completes the task and it seeks for recurring patterns of behaviour.
- On completion the individual receives a 14 page Personal Feedback Report.
- The full report indicates the individual’s habits measured across 19 habits.
